Jinwen-Ingrid Lin M.D., FACOG
Clinical Director

Medicine has always fascinated me since childhood. Growing up in China, I loved stories of Chinese medicine men curing diseases with simplistic techniques and herbs. When we immigrated to California, my parents worked as nursing assistants with handicapped children. Seeing their commitment and compassion in caring for them further affirmed my decision to become a physician.

I chose OB/GYN as my specialty for many reasons. I enjoy delivering care to women of all ages, from pre-adolescent to postmenopausal, and forming life-long relationships along the way. I also love the wide range of procedures we can provide for women, from the exciting childbirth experience to complex gynecological surgeries. I also play an important role as an educator, supporter, and advocator for my patients throughout our relationship. My best teacher has always been my patients. I learned not only about how to treat illness, but also about the humanity and humility in the art of medicine. I want to provide quality and compassionate care, one patient at a time, to promote health and well-being. I speak Mandarin Chinese fluently and am also proficient in medical Spanish. I strive to meet the needs of my patients on a personal and cultural basis.
