Dr. Miriam Mackovic’s primary focus areas are in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive pelvic procedures that include uterine and cervical procedures, vaginal procedure, hysterectomies, ovarian procedures, bladder procedures and tubal sterilization.
Dr. Mackovic is a member of the Women’s Business Council and continuously strives to be an advocate for providing the best in care for women’s health. She plays a key role in the development of new doctor’s by offering her one-on-one mentorship to ensure not only her patients – but all of Complete Women Care patients receive the same top-notch care.

In 1987 Dr Mackovic received the National Award for Innovation in Biomedicine, followed by the Laverna Titus Award by the American Heart Association in 1992. In 1996 She received the award for the Best Resident research Project at UCLA Medical Center. She was honored with multiple Top Doctors Awards, The Super Doctor award in 2016 along with the Patients Choice Award. In 2015 she received the Exemplary Businesswomen Award by the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
