How to use to the Patient Portal

REQUESTING REFILLS

Refill requests are processed through the Patient Portal. This is the fastest way for our office and for you to send the refill request to the pharmacy.

VIEWING TEST RESULTS

As soon as your lab results are signed off, they are published in your Patient Portal and you can view them.

DIRECT MESSAGE PHYSICIAN’S AND STAFF

Our call center will handle only urgent requests. Please send messages for physicians and staff that are not urgent directly to the providers via the Patient Portal. 

VIEW, DOWLOAD OR SHARE MEDICAL HISTROY

Downloading and sharing your medical history with other providers will be done online only.  
SCHEDULE, RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL APPOINTMENTS
 
Please schedule, reschedule, and cancel your appointment by using the Patient Portal.
