3D Surgery

3D Imaging techology for faster recovery and less scars.

3-D Technology for GYN Surgeries

At the Complete Care Surgical Center, we think every woman who faces the decision to have a gynecological surgery should be aware of her options. We have dedicated ourselves to providing our patients with the highest quality care, the leading surgeons, and the most innovative technologies available to ensure the highest quality procedures, and a decrease in post-operative discomfort, scarring, and recovery time. That is why we offer the most advanced technology to perform gynecological procedures, the 3D imaging technology.

It all starts with LESS

The new approach to performing gynecological procedures at Complete Women Care is LESS (Laparo-Endoscopic Singe-Site Surgery). Laparoscopic surgery is a form of minimally invasive surgery traditionally performed through 3-5 small incisions made in the abdomen. Laparo-endoscopic single site (LESS) surgery represents an evolution in laparoscopic surgery with the entire surgical procedure performed through one small incision made in the belly button, leaving a surgical scar that is virtually undetectable.

For our patients this means:

  • Less time under anesthesia
  • Less time in the operating room
  • Less recovery time
  • Less trauma and scarring to the abdominal wall
  • Less postoperative pain

How a LESS Procedure is performed

Surgeons lose some of their natural depth perception and precision when migrating from open surgery to laparoscopic surgery. Our 3D technology provides high-definition images that help restore the surgeon’s natural 3D vision and depth perception. Its articulating-tip design makes it possible to view the desired organs and see areas not previously accessible with standard rigid laparoscopes. The result for the surgeon is better sight lines and the ability to peer around anatomical structures and perform more precise grasping, dissection and suturing—something that is lacking in the flat images provided by 2D imaging systems.

Less Scarring, less trauma on Abdominal Tissue
